This Ayurveda and yoga retreat is a qualified 30-hour Yoga Alliance continuous education course designed for yoga teachers and those interested in deepening their knowledge of Ayurveda and Specialty Yoga tailored to each person’s condition and needs. You will go beyond the basics of Ayurveda, doshas, and five elements.
You will discover the subtle anatomy of AGNI (digestive fire), DHATUS (7 bodily tissues), TEJAS (cellular intelligence & metabolism), OJAS (immunity & wellbeing), PRANA (energy & vitality levels) and AMA (waste and toxins) and how they are interconnected creating a state of wellness or illness in a human body.
You will learn how to use Ayurveda in your everyday life to maintain health or to heal yourself and others with simple diagnostic and treatment measures.
