This unique and effective training program is designed for those interested in becoming yoga teachers as well as for already practicing yoga teachers interested in the therapeutic and Ayurvedic approaches to Yoga as a healing art and complimentary medicine for most common physical and mental dis-harmonies affecting people around the world.
After successful completion of this course, students will receive inHarmony 200hr Yoga Teacher Training Certificates and 30hr in Ayurveda and Ayurvedic Yoga Therapy by Prakash Deep Institute of Ayurveda. ***
This course is a harmonious blend of two ancient systems of health – Yoga and Ayuveda.
Our program is unique and different from other Yoga Teacher Trainings.
In addition to the required in any 200hr Teacher Training Yoga techniques, methodology, yoga philosophy, and anatomy, there will be a Yoga Therapy component taught by doctors of Ayurveda.
They will train students to design personalised custom yoga programs for their clients according to their clients’ age, mental profile, lifestyle and work, physical ailments and limitations, traumas, stress related illnesses and their Ayurvedic Doshas. For example, this component of the course will focus on designing programs for elderly people, pregnant women, corporate workers suffering from “burnout” etc.
Training is done in an Ayurvedic center PDI (Prakash Deep Institute of Ayurveda) in a friendly and cozy atmosphere of a small group in order to dedicate more time to each student.
Students will have a unique opportunity to learn from a senior yoga teacher from the US Antonina Ramsey and Indian doctors of Ayurveda Vivek Mohindra and Latika Verma.
In addition, students will receive a thorough foundation in Ayurveda with hands-on experience in Ayurvedic health management using simple methods of food preparation, detox, and simple herbal preparations. Students will be able to use this knowledge as a stepping stone for a more advance course on Ayurveda at PDI or elsewhere.
Yoga Therapy and Ayurveda studies will be linked to the latest findings in modern science such as neuroscience, bio chemistry, and psychology.

Vivek Mohindra, Doctor of Ayurveda
Dr. Vivek Mohindra is a practicing Ayurvedic doctor and teacher of Ayurveda & Yoga Philosophy. His teaching style is well suited for westerners because of his extensive experience teaching Ayurvedic art and science at the Ayurvedic clinic PDI in India and the Netherlands.
Dr. Latika Verma, Doctor of Ayurveda
Dr. Latika Verma is a trained Ayurvedic doctor. Her areas of Interest are: teaching the principles of Ayurveda, human anatomy and physiology, Ayurvedic diet and cooking, herbal medicine, and healing female disorders with Ayurveda. She has extensive experience teaching these subjects to students from around the world.
Assisting yoga teacher specialising in mantra chanting and meditation.

Learning how to use the knowledge of anatomy and physiology in the design of personalised yoga programs for the self and clients.
Subtle Yogic Anatomy. Energy channels Nadis and energy centres Charkas. Connection of the subtle Yogic Anatomy to modern anatomy and science.
Application of the system of Chakras in healing of emotional imbalances and mental disharmonies.
Creation of a personal Yoga practice – Sadhana.
